Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item(s). The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

1. Time Frame & Condition

  • Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition—unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or a copy of your packing slip.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Pajamas & Intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bras (for hygiene reasons)
  • Swimwear Bottoms (for hygiene reasons, unless the hygiene liner is intact and unremoved)
  • Any item marked as Final Sale or purchased with a promotional discount indicating it is non-returnable.

Please try on swimwear and intimate apparel over your own undergarments to protect the product’s condition.

3. Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer care team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
  3. Package & Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship your return to our fulfillment center at the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

4. Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Refunds to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges (if any) and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: For size or color exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, you will be refunded the difference.
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which will be issued as a digital code via email immediately upon return approval.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
