Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two elegant shipping solutions to suit your needs:

    • Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: A flat fee of $12.95.
  2. Complimentary Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: Free on all orders over $50.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every Summersalt piece. If your purchase isn’t perfect, our returns process is designed to be transparent and effortless.

Quick Summary: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of you receiving the item(s). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.

1. Time Frame & Condition

  • Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition—unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Please include your order number or packing slip.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the utmost hygiene and quality for all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Pajamas & Intimates
  • Bras
  • Swimwear Bottoms (unless the protective hygiene liner is intact and unremoved)
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or purchased with a non-returnable promotional discount.

Tip: Please try on swimwear and intimate apparel over your own undergarments to protect the product.

3. Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your request. Use the template provided below for clarity.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Package & Ship: Securely package the item(s), ideally in the original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside. Ship to our fulfillment center using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Our team will inspect the return within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete.

4. Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

  • Refund Timing: Refunds to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: For size or color exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
  • Store Credit: You may opt for store credit, issued as a digital code via email immediately upon return approval.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include photos in your email.
