• Clothing: Dresses, Jumpsuits, Resortwear, Coats & Jackets, Pants & Leggings, Shorts & Skirts, Sweaters & Sweatshirts.
• Intimates: Bras, Pajamas & Intimates.

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Product availability is subject to change.

Hygiene-Conscious Items: For the safety and quality for all customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective: Swimwear Bottoms (unless the protective hygiene liner is intact), Bras, Pajamas & Intimates, and any item marked “Final Sale.”

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order via email. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we ship the product(s).

Pricing and Payment:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

Shipping:

We ship worldwide, excluding select remote areas and parts of Asia.

• Processing: Orders are handpicked and packed within 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 flat fee. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Complimentary Shipping: Via EMS. Free on orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking notification via email. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Please review our detailed policy, summarized here:

• Window: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Include your order number.
• Process: Initiate a request by emailing [email protected] within the window. We will provide an RMA number and instructions.
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged/incorrect items.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving and approving the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid label and expedite a replacement or refund.
